Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll pro-rate any difference in your favour.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month by default. Cancel anytime with no penalty and keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, bank transfer (KES or USD), and Visa/Mastercard via Stripe. Annual subscribers can request a formal invoice for accounting.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and save 15%. For Enterprise plans, we can invoice in USD or KES and work with your finance team on payment terms.
Can I add more seats to my plan?
Starter is single-user. Professional supports 3 seats. Enterprise supports 10. Additional seats on any paid plan are USD 20 per seat per month.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You'll receive reminder emails on days 3 and 6 of your trial. Choose a plan to continue, or your access pauses — your client data and deliverables are retained for 30 days so you can resume without losing work.
Why can't I download or export during the trial?
The 7-day trial is designed to let you see the platform's capabilities and generate sample deliverables for your own review. Document downloads, exports, and client-sharing are unlocked the moment your first plan payment is confirmed — typically within hours of receipt.
Is my client data confidential and secure?
Every agent workspace is isolated — your clients and projects are not visible to any other agent or customer. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We sign NDAs with Enterprise subscribers on request.
Do you offer a referral commission for agents?
Yes. When a client you introduced later subscribes directly, you earn 15% commission on their first 12 months of subscription fees. Paid monthly.
