Your accepted quote becomes a binding scope of work. We won't ask for more money mid-project for things in the scope. You won't be surprised by a deliverable that's narrower than agreed.
When your report is ready, you preview a substantive section in your portal. Only when you're satisfied with what you see do you release the balance to unlock the full deliverable.
If we deliver and the work demonstrably doesn't match the scope you signed for, we refund your deposit in full within 30 days. No legal arguments — just verification that the scope wasn't met.
Every engagement includes one revision round at no extra cost. If something needs adjusting after you've reviewed the draft, tell us and we'll iterate.
For engagements over USD 25,000, we'll route funds through a regulated third-party escrow agent (Adili Group, Nairobi) at the buyer's option. Adds 1–2 weeks to setup; fees shared by agreement.
